Chartered surveyors based in
With over 25 years' experience in the construction sector, Graham Rosser began his career with the building control section at South Bedfordshire District Council (now Central Bedfordshire Council) where he undertook a course of studies culminating in a honours degree at Westminster University. This enabled him to become a Chartered Surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE). He spent ten years working at SBDC before moving to become a building inspector at Cherwell District Council in Banbury for a further five years. Having controlled literally thousands of building projects ranging from housing estates to office buildings to distribution centres, Graham accumulated an extensive site knowledge which formed the foundations of Rosser Morris, now RM Architectural Consultants Ltd.
Ben Morris, who has since moved on, brought with him a substantial computer based knowledge from his time spent in manufacturing and this helped us to establish the company at the forefront of technology. We use a market leading 3D computer design package (AutoCAD) to convey each project and we find this to be an incredibly intuitive method of helping our clients visualize their dreams.
This combination of backgrounds and the links that have been forged over the years with our network of professionals has enabled the company to undertake a huge variety of projects ranging right from simple chimney breast removals up to multi million pound commercial developments. We have privileged ties with structural engineers; mechanical & electrical consultants; land surveyors; environmental & thermal consultants; highways engineers and planning consultants, to name but a few. We are accredited agents in partnership with Central Bedfordshire Council and we have worked with the Local Authority planners for miles around.
Since 2004, we have extended our catchment area to include Beds, Bucks, Herts and beyond with most of our work reaching us through recommendation and repeat custom.
