We will visit you at the site to discuss your requirements and provide a free, no obligation quote. Following subsequent appointment we will survey your property and use the information to prepare building plans and specifications using computer aided design (CAD) software – AutoCAD Architecture to be precise. The software produces a 3D model which adds a great deal of realism so don't worry if you're not too good at reading plans. When you're happy with the proposals we submit the planning and building regulation applications on your behalf.
We always try to be competitive on price but as you will appreciate each job is different from the next so it is difficult to suggest figures. However, our initial quote is free and there is no obligation. Our prices are fixed and we try to be as transparent as possible.

Since forming the company we have made some vital contacts which has become increasingly necessary due to changes in legislation. A successful application often requires input from the consultants that we work with.
